Cancellation Policy

Due to an increasing number of cancellations and last minute rescheduling we have no choice but to enforce a cancellation policy to protect our small business. We understand that things happen but would really appreciate 48hrs notice for all cancellations and reschedulings. Last minute cancellations can be detrimental to a small business’ future so we would like to ensure ours in the local community.

  • We will require 48hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice a $20 fee will be added to your next appointment. If you do not attend your appointment without any notice given the total treatment cost for that appointment will be added to your next visit. 
  • All bookings made with our cosmetic tattooist will require a 10% deposit of the total amount. We will require 48hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice your deposit will not be refunded.
  • All bookings made with our cosmetic injector will require a $50 deposit which will be deducted from your treatment total on the day. We will require 48hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice your deposit will not be refunded.
